Employees can view details of all their available leaves and easily apply for leave. They can track their leave status.

If you have not done so, you can get this information by contacting your branch manager. You may be asked for basic information, such as your job title, registered mobile number, email ID, valid address, and identity card.

The employee can follow these simple steps to log in to the HRMS Portal.
Step 1. Launch the Web browser on a desktop or Mobile Phone and Type “PNB Parivar.”
Step 2. Click on the first result that appears on top and wait for the webpage to load
Step 3. Now, enter your username and password, and click on Captcha to generate a captcha. Enter your Username, Password, and Captcha and click on the Sign In Button.
Step 4. You are logged in, and you will be able to see the user dashboard.
On the dashboard, you will see seven different service options: the first service is HRMS 2.0 User Manual, the second is Absence Management, the third is Locate an Employee, the fourth is Personal Details, the fifth is Profile, the sixth is Notice Board, seventh and last is ESS Reports.
Steps to Log in to PNB HRMS 2.0 Via Mobile App
Follow these steps to download the PNB Parivar HRMS App and log in.
Step 1. Open the Google Play Store app on your mobile phone.
Step 2. Now, type ‘PNB Parivar’ in the search box and click on the first option. Click on the install button and download the App.
Step 3. Now, you have to launch the app. You may be asked to share a few permissions, such as contact details and device storage. Click on Allow access
Step 4. As soon as you launch the app, you will see the login dashboard
Step 5. Now enter your username, password, and captcha, and click on the login button
Step 6. You are logged in, and you will see the same dashboard as in the web application.
Steps To Recover PNB Parivar HRMS 2.0 Password
Follow these steps to reset the PNB Parivar HRMS 2.0 Password.
Step 1. Visit the official PNB Parivar HRMS 2.0 website or Mobile App
Step 2. Click on the Forgot Password Button’ link below the username and Password text box.
Step 3. Enter your HRMS User ID and click on the Continue Button
Step 4. Now, enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and email address to verify your identity.

Step 4. Click on Absence Management on the dashboard
Step 5. Now, click on Absence Request
Step 6. Now fill out the details like leave type, absence reason, date range, address and click on submit
Step 7. That’s it. You have successfully applied for leave.
Steps to Download the Salary Slip from PNB HRMS 2.0
Follow these steps to download the salary slips from PNB HRMS 2.0.
Step 1. Visit the official PNB Parivar HRMS 2.0 website or launch the PNB Parivar Mobile App
Step 2. Enter your Username, Password, and Captcha, and click on the Sign In Button
Step 3. Navigate to the Employee Self-Service (ESS) section on the right-hand side of the dashboard
Step 4. Now click on the ‘Salary and TDS Related Details’, and you will see four options, namely My Form 16, PNB Salary Slip, My IT Register and My Salary Arrear
Step 5. Click on PNB Salary Slip and then click on Find Existing Value
Step 6. That’s it; you will see all your recent Salary slips. You can also download it by clicking on the print button or by Payslip in the PDF button.
