U.S. Money Reserve Explains Why Portfolio Holders View Gold as a Way to Store and Insure Wealth

Gold’s long-term track record has inspired numerous portfolio holders to make the precious metal part of their overall asset mix.

Because gold often performs well during both robust and more challenging economic periods, some feel it can offer a sense of security, according to U.S. Money Reserve President Philip N. Diehl, who

served as the 35th Director of the U.S. Mint.

“It provides an anchoring, stabilizing influence,” Diehl says. “Gold is often used as wealth insurance to offset losses in other parts of a portfolio during hard times, when gold prices are stable or tend to go up.”

In recent years, consumers have faced a number of challenging conditions, including the war between Russia and Ukraine and inflation reaching its highest point since 1981.

Gold has continued to draw considerable interest from portfolio holders.

Joseph E., for instance, says he found financial relief with assistance from U.S. Money Reserve, one of the country’s largest distributors of government-issued gold, silver, platinum, and palladium.

“It’s been a rocky few years lately,” Joseph states in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews shared on Google. “They are the real deal. They have been trustworthy and always willing to help me in my investment.”

Edward S. says he shifted from a 401(k) plan that had been losing money to an individual retirement account backed by gold.

“That is making me more return on my investment,” he says in a U.S. Money Reserve review posted on the Better Business Bureau website. “I feel safe and secure.”

According to Robert E., the assistance U.S. Money Reserve provided when he opted to diversify his portfolio was priceless.

“The help I received in…setting up my precious metals [IRA] was handled well and makes me sleep comfortably knowing I was able to lock in my life savings,” he says in a Better Business Bureau review of the company.

In one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews that have been shared on Google, Kenneth P. praises the interactions he’s had with one of U.S. Money Reserve’s Account Executives.

“We find her to be extremely well [-informed] and very efficient,” Kenneth states. “We have prospered under her supervision of our gold and silver selections and have been exceedingly pleased with her guidance.”

Cynthia S. also says the Account Executive she spoke with from U.S. Money Reserve was knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly.

“Dealing with your hard-earned money can be stressful in this economy, but [the Account Executive] made it easy,” Cynthia says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews on the Better Business Bureau site. “I know I made the right decision.”

How to Begin Diversifying Your Portfolio With Precious Metals

If you don’t already have a self-directed IRA — a retirement account that can legally hold precious metals — and you aren’t sure how to set one up, U.S. Money Reserve can provide direction and help make the process easy to complete.

Portfolio holders such as Eric L. have reached out to the company to learn about owning precious metals.

Eric says he appreciates that the company representative he spoke with answered his many questions and sent emails and other helpful information to his home.

“[He] explained how gold and silver would help anchor my portfolio against the [ups] and downs of the stock market and retirement savings plans,” Eric says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews that’s available on the Better Business Bureau website. “A good relationship with [U.S.] Money Reserve netted my first purchase.”

A review by Brooks B. highlights his Account Executive’s prudent and gracious answers to questions Brooks posed.

“It has been a great pleasure!” Brooks says. “He has taken the time to explain everything to me in detail and is always there for me in every way. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done on my behalf.”

In one of the recent U.S. Money Reserve reviews shared on Google, Michael T. says his conversation with a representative from the company was “a life-changer.”

“She explained the process, sent me the material so I could read up, and helped me complete the process step by step,” he states. “It was so easy. I have [recommended] the company to many of my friends and family.”

Although Lisa F. wasn’t sure who managed her retirement account from a previous employer, she says U.S. Money Reserve was able to locate it.

“Incredible customer service!” Lisa says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews shared on Google. “Then they helped me understand and [set] up my IRA. I feel very happy and confident with their assistance in managing my money!”

Lawrence L. says he’s glad he called U.S. Money Reserve after hearing an ad for the company.

“Transferring my IRA was easy, and the company continued checking to make sure I was satisfied,” he states in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews posted on Google. “The company continued to offer me any help that I might need.”

Gregory D. is also very pleased with his experience.

“My [Account Executive] is a professional, and I totally agreed with his investment options after I had completed my research,” he says in a Better Business Bureau review of the company. “I am looking forward to a long and profitable association with U.S. Money Reserve. I feel very secure and satisfied with my decision and portfolio.”
